Job summary

illumynt is seeking an Operations Supervisor-Administration on-site at the Groveport, OH location. You will manage inventory control programs, lead cycle counts, drive process improvements, and ensure Environmental Health and Safety compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business studies or similar desirable
• Ability to handle confidential communication and open, honest communication
• Excellent planning skills and ability to multitask
• Developed analytical ability and data-driven mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control activities to ensure accurate stock levels and availability.
• Lead cycle count and physical inventory programs; investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Develop KPIs related to inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and service levels; report to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements; coordinate safety training and inspections.
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams for timely replenishment.
• Lead and develop inventory control staff through coaching and performance management.
