Job summary

Illuminate USA, a joint venture formed by two global leaders in renewable energy, is building one of the largest solar panel manufacturing facilities in the Western Hemisphere in Pataskala, Ohio. Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years in warehouse operations.
• At least 2 years in supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with WMS and ERP.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping.
• Coordinate tasks and staffing for on-time, efficient workflows.
• Train, mentor, and oversee warehouse team members; enforce safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and analyze warehouse performance.
• Optimize layouts and space utilization for maximum efficiency.
• Utilize WMS, ERP, and other tools to track and report performance.
• Ensure operations meet safety, quality, and productivity standards.
