Job summary

CultureSpace is seeking an Inventory Returns Coordinator in San Antonio to safeguard product lifecycle data and ensure accurate, auditable records across returns and on-hand stock. You�ll serve as the link between Installation and Warehouse teams and maintain log integrity for receipts, disposals, and loaners.

You will manage returns, spare parts, and finalize dispositions while collaborating with Project Operations to drive process improvements and visibility into inventory counts.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, or returns management preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and inventory/ERP systems; familiarity with Business Central, Insight and Excel is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end returned-product process: receive, inspect, and log each item into the system; capture condition and return reason.
• Determine and execute disposition: restock, repair, hold for warranty/RMA, or scrap; record the outcome.
• Maintain a clean returns log; identify recurring drivers for process improvement.
• Maintain accurate on-hand inventory, including bin/location tracking and cycle counts.
• Manage spare and loaner parts: track, issue, and replenish stock to avoid shortages.
• Reconcile physical counts with the system and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Track location of furniture, loaners, and components; log movement in/out of the warehouse.
• Coordinate with Installation and Warehouse teams to move product needs quickly.
• Support product modification and fabrication tracking; log changes to inventory.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound returns freight with Shipping & Logistics.
• Keep records complete and auditable across the system of record (Business Central / Insight).
