Job summary

Saddle Creek Corporation is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to help maintain inventory processes and resolve discrepancies daily. You will use order management systems and various material-handling equipment to ensure accurate records, supporting our customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks in a non-temperature controlled warehouse.
• Computer proficiency.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• AA degree is helpful but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, WMS, or related systems.
• Previous warehouse/inventory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving inventory issues and communicate with customers and Saddle Creek.
• Maintain accurate data, logs, and inventory records.
• Process customer return orders promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate special inventory projects with customers and Saddle Creek team.
• Communicate professionally in writing and verbally with customers.
• Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
