Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
• Excellent verbal communication and guest service orientation.
• Willingness to learn and operate rental equipment.
• Background check and drug screen as part of post-offer process.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and initiate friendly interaction.
• Handle rental sales for strollers, ECVs, wheelchairs and lockers.
• Process rental agreements, refunds and exchanges.
• Retrieve daily online sales reports and reserve equipment.
• Instruct guests on ECV operation and safety procedures.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and line speed in the rental area.
• Attend required training and adhere to company policies.
