Job summary

Mainspring Energy is hiring a Warehouse Associate to manage receipt, unloading and organization of mission critical supplies.

The role requires 2+ years in a warehouse/manufacturing environment, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and a high school diploma. On-site location in Menlo Park, CA, with hourly pay of $24–$26.50 plus stock options and benefits.

You will maintain inventory records, perform cycle counts, and coordinate stock-related duties while upholding safety and recordkeeping standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse in a manufacturing environment.
• Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials weighing up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 80 lbs.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt, unloading and organization of mission critical supplies.
• Maintain our inventory database through data entry of received and consumed items.
• Coordinate stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labeling supplies as needed.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
• Monitor kit consumption, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts to ensure inventory level accuracy.
