Natera is seeking an onsite Receiving Specialist in San Carlos, CA. The role involves receiving deliveries, verifying items, unloading, and updating inventory with precision. You must be physically able to lift up to 60 lbs and operate a pallet jack as needed.

The position requires accuracy and teamwork to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper storage. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of receiving experience;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of receiving experience in a distribution or warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and ERP, preferably Oracle.

Responsabilités

• Receiving and signing for deliveries, comparing purchase orders with invoices and packaging lists.
• Organize and store received items in appropriate areas, update inventory.
• Process and record transactions in Oracle.
• Work with the team to resolve discrepancies.
• Handle returns of miss-shipped or damaged merchandise.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.
