Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior retail, stockroom, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners, POS, and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math/reconciliation skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: Verify inbound shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Putaway & stockroom: Put away inventory to correct locations and maintain organized stockroom.
• Inventory counts: Run cycle counts and full physical counts; reconcile discrepancies.
• Replenishment: Pull stock to sales floor and monitor low-stock levels.
• Returns & RTV: Process customer returns and RTV paperwork; log defective items.
• Transfers & Fulfillment: Prepare store-to-store transfers; pick and pack online orders.
• Loss Prevention: Secure high-value inventory and flag shrink patterns.
• Safety & Equipment: Maintain safe stockroom; operate pallet jacks and scanners.
• Documentation: Maintain receiving logs and discrepancy reports.
