Job summary

Cycle Gear Inc. is seeking a Receiving Specialist to manage backroom operations, receive products into the POS system, and maintain organized inventory. The role includes processing pallets, handling damaged items to the Fulfillment Center, and reporting findings to Inventory Control.

You will help ensure stock levels meet customer demand, maintain proper merchandise display, and support management with accurate pricing updates and store standards.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience.
• Ability to work retail schedule, including nights/evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong computer and math skills to count and manage inventory and cash.
• Self-starter with attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and be part of the riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle knowledge or interest is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive products into the POS system and keep products organized in the backroom.
• Process weekly pallets and handle damaged/defective items to the Fulfillment Center.
• Report damaged items to Inventory Control Team.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure proper merchandise placement and signage.
