Job summary

Carters is seeking a Stock Associate to support shipping/receiving, stockroom organization, inventory control, and related housekeeping tasks. You will collaborate with store teams to ensure accurate replenishment and strong product placement on the floor.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in stock/logistics, a basic high school education, and the ability to multitask while delivering friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of stock/logistics experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, team, and supervisor.
• Retail/specialty apparel knowledge and experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong customer focus on the sales floor.
• Assist with organizing the stockroom and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Support replenishment and ensure accurate pricing and stock availability.
• Collaborate with management on loss prevention and safety awareness.
• Coach team on shipment, replenishment, and presentation best practices.
