WebstaurantStore is hiring a Replenishment Specialist to restock primary pick bins with overstock inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment. You will verify inventory accuracy by comparing system records with physical counts and identify discrepancies, trends, and process issues while working independently and with a team.

Safety and efficiency are emphasized in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a distribution environment; shipping, receiving and/or inventory experience preferred.
• This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience and alignment with our core values above all else.

Responsibilities

• Complete a minimum of 10 replenishments per hour.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies with respective inventory team members.
• Run various reports that identify potential systematic issues with inventory, investigate appropriately and resolve any found problems.
• Search for inaccuracies and errors, such as misplaced stock, while conducting and processing scheduled weekly cycle counts.
• Complete inventory adjustments based off differences in physical counts and research using the company’s ERP system.
• Use forklift equipment to replenish pick bins with overstock product.
• Identify and process damaged inventory throughout the warehouse to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Ensure that misplaced or mistakenly picked items are returned to the correct bin location.
• Safely operate and maintain warehouse equipment to fulfill job duties to ensure a safe work environment.
• Meet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of work.
