Job summary

Chêne Gear Co., LLC is seeking a CX Associate - Back of House to own inventory flow from receipt to the sales floor, ensuring products are available and accurately tracked. You will receive shipments, verify them against packing slips, and put away stock while keeping the stockroom organized and compliant with safety procedures.

You will perform inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and support replenishment, returns, transfers, and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Prior retail, stockroom, or warehouse experience helpful.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners, POS, and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math/reconciliation skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify inbound shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Put away inventory to correct bin and shelf locations; maintain an organized stockroom.
• Conduct full physical inventory counts and reconcile with systems; log variances and adjustments.
• Support replenishment, returns, transfers, and fulfillment; pull stock to sales floor or ship-from-store.
