Job summary

Mattel, Inc. in California is seeking a Replenishment Planning Coordinator to support the Supply Chain team, ensuring timely movement of finished goods and raw materials, coordinating shop orders and inventory transfers, and helping resolve supply and inventory issues.

You will work with Distribution Centers, Production, Systems, and Marketing to position inventory for launches and promotions, monitor signals, review data accuracy, and escalate concerns as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, supply chain, distribution, inventory management, or a related area.
• Strong Excel skills required.
• Working knowledge of Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), distribution, and supply chain processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management & Issue Resolution: monitor availability, identify shortages, and resolve issues.
• Inventory Allocation & Replenishment: allocate product across regional DCs and sales channels.
• Purchase Orders & Systems: issue POs and maintain Oracle PRP1 data.
• Cross-Functional Support: collaborate with Supply Planning, Distribution, Production and Marketing.
