Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Replenishment Planner to manage intercompany inventory flow across all markets, transforming approved production plans into actionable replenishment strategies while complying with state-by-state regulations. You will drive service levels, optimize inventory turns, and own in-stock performance for materials across distribution and market facilities.

The role requires collaboration with Demand and Production Planning, a strong ERP/MRP background, and the ability to adapt

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in replenishment planning or related supply chain functions.
• Experience supporting multi-site and multi-state operations.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems for inventory planning.
• Ability to analyze inventory performance and implement corrective actions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Develop national replenishment policies by SKU, category, and market (min/max, reorder points, safety stock).
• Execute replenishment plans aligned with approved demand and production plans.
• Optimize deployment of materials across markets to maximize availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Coordinate and manage freight requirements for intercompany shipments to support replenishment plans and service-level objectives.
• Own inventory deployment across manufacturing, distribution, and market facilities.
• Monitor inventory positions daily and weekly to address shortages, overstocks, and imbalances.
• Partner with market operations teams to understand local constraints, execution risks, and demand patterns.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into inventory health and replenishment performance.
• Establish standardized replenishment best practices as Jeeter scales nationally.
