Job summary

Harvest Group in Rogers, AR is seeking a Sam's Club Replenishment Insights Manager to own all aspects of supply chain and inventory for our clients. You will analyze data sources at a granular level to create inventory efficiencies and support retail partners.

This role is based in Rogers, AR and requires collaboration with clients and retailers, weekly reporting, and proactive replenishment planning. Relocation is not covered by Harvest Group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Replenishment for Sam's Club and/or Walmart.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation; ability to maintain high service quality.
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
• Understands basic negotiation tactics and responses.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-stock levels, Club/DC inventory, forecasts, and fill-rate compliance with Sam's Club and Walmart.
• Educate clients and partners on replenishment expectations and best practices.
• Plan proactively to drive replenishment; include seasonal analysis, demand planning, and forecast recommendations.
• Provide weekly reporting and root-cause analysis for replenishment issues.
• Support ad hoc requests like item setup, lead time audits, and meeting prep.
• Develop tools and processes to meet changing business needs in the industry.
• Handle modular item changes and store count adjustments; contribute to weekly calls.
• Participate in Line Reviews and Client Strategy meetings.
