Job summary

Harvest Group is seeking a Replenishment Insights Manager to drive inventory efficiencies for Sam’s Club and Walmart clients from our Rogers, AR office. This role focuses on managing in-stock levels, forecasts, and proactive replenishment strategies to maximize client performance.

You will deliver weekly replenishment reporting, collaborate with retailers and internal teams, and contribute to building tools that improve planning accuracy and service quality while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Replenishment for Sam’s Club and/or Walmart.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-stock levels, club/DC inventory, forecasts and replenishment for Sam’s Club/Walmart.
• Educate clients and partners on replenishment expectations and best practices.
• Provide weekly reporting and root-cause analysis for replenishment issues.
• Assist in ad hoc requests and project work such as new item setup and lead time audits.
• Develop tools and processes to meet changing business needs in the industry.
