Job summary

The Harvest Group in Rogers, AR is seeking a Replenishment Insights Manager to optimize inventory and in-stock levels for our Sam’s Club client. You will use multiple data sources to drive granular improvements in replenishment and day-to-day execution of the client’s Sam’s Club business.

Based in Northwest Arkansas, this role requires collaboration with clients and retailers, weekly reporting, and proactive planning to support demand forecasting, policy recommendations, and event preparation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Replenishment for Sam’s Club and/or Walmart.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation; ability to ensure a high level of service and quality.
• Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports.
• Understands the basics of negotiation to include common tactics and responses.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with clients & retailer to manage in-stock levels, Club/DC inventory, forecasts, MABD/Fill Rate compliance.
• Educates clients, peers, and other business partners on replenishment expectations and best practices.
• Proactive planning and analysis to drive business from a replenishment perspective. Seasonal analysis, demand planning, policy recommendations, order recommendations, and forecast recommendations.
• Responsible for providing weekly reporting as well as identifying concerns with root cause analysis recommendations for correcting replenishment concerns.
• Assist with ad hoc requests and projects such as client form completion/compliance, new item setup, lead time audits, meeting preparations.
• Assist in the development of tools and processes to meet changing business needs within the industry.
• Takes a proactive approach to inventory management for changes in modular items including adds, deletes and store count changes.
• Actively participates in weekly calls.
• Contributes to 30-60-90 planning meetings, modular updates and event support.
• Plays a key role in the preparation of major meetings such as Line Reviews and Client Strategy meetings.

Description

The Sam’s Club Replenishment Insights Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Supply Chain and Inventory for our clients. This role utilizes multiple data sources and works at a granular level to create inventory efficiencies for our client and retail partners. This role also plays a key role in the day-to-day execution of our client’s Sam’s Club business.

If you are applying but do not currently reside in Northwest Arkansas, please note that relocation will not be covered by Harvest Group.
