Job summary

Reser's Fine Foods is seeking a Specialist- Reconciliation in Topeka, KS to reconcile inventory within ERP M3, analyze production variances, and ensure alignment of physical and system records. You will collaborate with Inventory and Operations to maintain accurate material usage and movements.

The role requires 3–5 years in food manufacturing inventory reconciliation, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; some college or technical training preferred.
• 3–5 years in a food manufacturing environment with warehouse inventory reconciliation experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; basic PC/10-key skills required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile inventory discrepancies in M3 related to manufacturing, production reporting, and material consumption.
• Analyze and correct production variances including yields, scrap, rework, issuing, and backflush errors.
• Investigate root causes by reviewing production orders, BOMs, and transactions.
