Reser’s Fine Foods – Century Plant in Hillsboro, OR, is seeking a Specialist-Reconciliation for the graveyard shift to reconcile inventory in M3, focusing on discrepancies from production, yields, and material consumption.

You will work with Production and DC/Warehouse teams to ensure accuracy, investigate root causes, and document processes for audits; a High School diploma and 3–5 years in food manufacturing are required. This role includes overtime potential and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some college or technical training preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing, warehouse inventory management, and manufacturing reconciliation.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile inventory discrepancies in M3 related to manufacturing, production reporting, and material consumption.
• Analyze and correct production variances, including yields, scrap, rework, issuing, and backflush errors.
• Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies by reviewing production orders, BOMs, and transactions.
• Partner with Production, DC/Warehouse, and Receiving to resolve discrepancies and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of production‑related inventory transactions in M3.
• Support end‑of‑production‑day inventory close by reconciling manufacturing inventory and open production orders.
