Radwell International is hiring an Inventory & Production Operations Specialist to support inventory accuracy, material readiness, and operational efficiency across our production and repair operations.

This role serves as a critical link between Inventory, Production, Service Writing, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure materials are available when needed, workflows remain uninterrupted, and customer commitments are met.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Business, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• 1-3 years in operations, inventory, production support, quality, or CI roles preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory accuracy across production and repair areas.
• Perform cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor production queues and ensure materials are available.
• Pick, kit, and dispense repair components.
• Coordinate with Service Writing and Production teams.
• Identify shortages and risks before impact.
• Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
