Recom in the United States is seeking an investigative finance and systems professional to trace inventory from purchase order through ERP to Amazon FBA, including returns. You will quantify gaps and their financial impact while reconciling records across systems.

Reporting to the Director of Procurement Operations, you will fix root causes with senior leadership, redesign controls, and build repeatable reconciliation reports and KPIs to flag discrepancies early.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in audit, forensic accounting, management consulting, inventory or cost accounting, or supply chain finance.
• Experience leading reconciliations or investigations across large datasets from multiple systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, marketplace).
• Advanced Excel experience (Power Query, pivot tables, XLOOKUP) analyzing 100K+ row datasets.
• Experience redesigning a business process or internal control based on analysis.

Responsabilités

• Map the end-to-end inventory flow from PO to FBA inbound, sale, and customer return.
• Pull ERP data and reconcile against Amazon inventory and transaction reports to pinpoint discrepancies.
• Investigate shortages to root cause, documenting evidence to audit standards.
• Quantify financial and audit impact of each gap and present recommendations to Finance and Operations leaders.
• Redesign broken processes and controls with warehouse and operations leaders to prevent recurrence.
• Build repeatable reconciliation reports and KPIs that flag new discrepancies early.
