Job summary

Recom is a premier Amazon accelerator focused on helping global brands grow on the world’s largest marketplace. In this role, you will trace inventory from purchase order through ERP to FBA, including returns, and quantify the financial impact of gaps.

You will work with senior leaders to fix root causes, redesign controls, and build KPI-driven reconciliation workflows that prevent recurrence while enhancing audit readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in audit, forensic accounting, management consulting, inventory or cost accounting, or supply chain finance.
• Experience leading reconciliations or investigations across large datasets from multiple systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, marketplace).
• Advanced Excel experience (e.g., Power Query, pivot tables, XLOOKUP) analyzing 100K+ row datasets.
• Experience redesigning a business process or internal control based on your own analysis.

Responsibilities

• Map end-to-end inventory flow from PO to FBA inbound, sale, and customer return.
• Pull ERP data and reconcile it against Amazon reports to pinpoint discrepancies.
• Investigate shortages, document evidence, and audit findings.
• Quantify financial and audit impact of gaps and present recommendations to Finance and Operations leaders.
• Redesign processes and controls with warehouse and operations to prevent recurrence.
• Build reusable reconciliation reports and KPIs to flag new issues early.
