Job summary

Intrepid, an SPA Company, seeks a Financial Analyst-Inventory Reconciliation to deliver DoW-wide inventory reconciliations using Advana or Palantir Foundry for accurate financial reporting and audit readiness.

The role involves reconciling subledger to GL, tracking WIP and in-transit items, managing inter-agency transfers, and harmonizing master data to improve accountability and efficiency across the DoW enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years experience in subledger-to-GL reconciliations.
• 5+ years experience identifying unmatched/unreconciled balances.
• Experience with Advana and Foundry environments.
• Active SECRET clearance and ability to maintain it during employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform DoW-wide inventory reconciliations in Advana or Palantir Foundry to enable accurate financial reporting and audit readiness.
• Reconcile subledger-to-GL tie-points by mapping quantities, values, and financial line items; track WIP and in-transit inventory.
• Manage inter-agency transfers, including denials and returns, and establish traceability to source transactions.
• Harmonize master data elements (material numbers, UICs, storage locations, condition codes) across systems.
• Identify unmatched balances, assign age buckets and root-cause codes, and propose workflow-driven corrective actions.
