Job summary

LVMH Group in the Miami Design District is seeking an Operations Associate to maintain store inventory, stock areas and housekeeping in line with company standards. You will process shipments, assist with price changes, and support loss prevention while delivering excellent service.

You’ll participate in cycle counts, assist floor moves and merchandising, and help with daily administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle receiving operations effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills.
• Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to process information and merchandise through computer system.
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate inventory-control systems and equipment.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail stock/shipping/receiving experience

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all shipping and receiving functions that affect the store inventory are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain an orderly stock and receiving area and ensure merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored.
• Ensure the accurate processing of inbound freight, returns-to-vendors (RTVs), chargebacks, transfers and damages per policy.
• Support compliance with receiving practices including safekeeping of funds and property, personnel practices, security, and record-keeping procedures.
• Ensure that the stock is appropriately security tagged to prevent loss.
• Communicate with central distribution and/or the corporate inventory control department.
