Job summary

ENGEL Machinery North America is seeking a Stock Keeper - Receiving to support the timely intake of parts from vendors. You will label, unload, inspect, and maintain accurate stock levels while following safety and quality procedures.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in warehouse receiving, a high school diploma, forklift certification, and experience with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP). ENGEL offers health, dental and vision insurance, 401k with match, over 3 weeks PTO, life and disability

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3-5 years experience in warehouse receiving environment.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) receiving transactions, putaway, staging, and cycle count workflows (example SAP).
• Forklift operation certification (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck) and safe operation of pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Label received goods with barcodes, location IDs, and product tags as required and prepare standardized pack and pallet configurations for putaway and storage.
• Unloading inbound shipments and verifying paperwork.
• Inspecting shipments for damage, shortages, and compliance.
• Ability to track, organize, and maintain stock levels accurately, enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Ensuring shipment accuracy and preventing inventory errors.
• Provides quality service by following organizational standards.
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor.
