Job summary

Caris Life Sciences, Ltd. is seeking a Receiving Coordinator II to manage deliveries, verify receipts, and maintain accurate inventory in a laboratory and R&D setting. The role involves using ERP/WMS to process POs, transporting shipments, and ensuring proper quarantine and temperature-controlled storage.

You will support cycle counts, labeling, and material transfers while following GMP and 5S practices. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years in materials

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in materials management, warehousing, shipping, receiving or related fields.
• Experience using ERP/WMS to receive POs and perform inventory transactions.
• Parcel shipping experience – packing shipments, creating shipping labels, scheduling pickups.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, inspect, and sign for deliveries.
• Use material handling equipment (carts, pallet jack, forklift) to transport shipments.
• Process receipts in ERP system and review purchase orders.
• Place materials in quarantine and store by temperature requirements.
• Release inventory after QC/QA approval and update systems.
• Perform daily/weekly inventory counts and replenish per stocking levels.
• Follow GMP and 5S practices and complete related paperwork.
