Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Materials Handler to receive deliveries, verify and process receipts, and manage inventory in lab and R&D settings. You will handle quarantine items, prep materials for QC, and support transfers with careful documentation and GMP/5S practices.

The role requires 1–2 years in warehousing or materials management, ERP/WMS experience, and the ability to train teammates. Evening/weekend shifts may be required in a dynamic, regulated lab environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management, receiving, quarantine, release and transfers.
• Experience using ERP/WMS to receive POs and perform inventory transactions.
• Willingness to train new and existing staff.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, inspect, and sign for deliveries.
• Use material handling equipment (cart, pallet jack, forklift) to transport shipments.
• Use ERP system to review POs and process receipts.
• Review and print material specification forms in the document management system.
• Verify inventory items meet specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Document receipt on packing slips and material specification forms per GDP.
