Job summary

Gobravvo in Houston, TX is seeking a Receiving Associate to join our Inventory Management team. This full-time role focuses on ensuring accurate intake of shipments, matching receiving reports to yard documentation, scanning MTRs, and supporting daily inventory processes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of office experience in supply chain, familiarity with pipe, fittings and flanges, and proficiency with Word and Excel. Some college preferred; weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with pipe, fittings, and flanges is required.
• Some college education preferred.
• 3–5 years of general office experience in inventory or supply chain.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Scan and process MTRs to document incoming inventory.
• Maintain missing MTRs and liaise with vendors for docs.
• Assist in the setup of Rail Cars and Vessels as needed.
• Receive direct shipments; verify materials against records.
• Review receiving docs and match to system reports.
• Report discrepancies to Receiving Supervisor with approval.
• Forward documentation for damaged materials to Quality Manager.
• Support inbound check-in/out processes daily.
• Provide clerical support to Inventory Manager.
