Rural King is seeking a Receiving Associate to support accurate receiving, inventory control, freight processing, and merchandise movement throughout the store. This role receives shipments, processes purchase orders, verifies inventory, sorts freight, and replenishes merchandise on the sales floor.

The position requires 1+ year of receiving or warehouse experience, comfort with computers and inventory systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of receiving/warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfortable using computers and inventory systems.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet productivity expectations.
• Able to lift 30 pounds repetitively and 31–50 pounds occasionally.

Responsabilités

• Receive shipments and process purchase orders according to SOPs.
• Use scan guns and computer systems to document receipts and inventory.
• Identify and communicate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and research negative on-hand inventory.
• Verify pricing, labels, and security tags.
• Unload, sort, organize, and distribute freight.
• Replenish merchandise and assist with sales floor inventory.
• Process store-to-store transfers, shipping, and UPS shipments.
• Follow tagging, labeling, rack organization, and stock levels.
