Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent vendor relations to enhance service levels.
• Count items coming into the Co-op to reconcile physical product with invoiced product.
• Make adjustments on invoices for discrepancies.
• Verify receipt of goods by signing and dating corrected invoices.
• Keep back room clear and free of debris.
• Reconcile invoices to department and deliver to office.
• Process delivery paperwork to enter items into inventory.
• Work with Inventory Control to maintain accurate inventory.
• Keep receiving desk clean and orderly.
