Job summary

Spec's Family Partners is seeking a dedicated Receiving Associate to manage inbound and outbound inventory in our Texas stores. You will verify deliveries, scan items with RF equipment, and maintain accurate receiving logs to prevent discrepancies.

The role requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, assisting guests, and supporting inventory processes while maintaining a clean, organized receiving area and following company policies

Qualifications

• Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions or memos.
• Experience in retail receiving preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify shipments against POs and invoices using RF scanner.
• Log invoices and transfers; maintain organized filing for in-store paperwork.
• Ensure doors are secured during receiving; manage stock and help inventory processes.
• Assist guests on sales floor and stock shelves as needed.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally.
