Job summary

Tractor Supply in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Receiver to manage receiving, inventory adjustments, reconciliations, and backroom processes to support store operations. The role partners with the Store Operations Manager to ensure accuracy and compliance across freight, transfers, and direct POs.

Ideal candidates have shipping/receiving or retail experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience or farming/retail knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA processes.
• Coach team members with daily routines to improve selling behaviors.
• Complete forklift inspections and propane-related tasks as required.
• Receive Direct POs, freight, and transfers; support BOPIS/OMNI reconciliation.
