Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Manager - Inventory to oversee inventory accuracy, quality activities, and warehouse processes. You will monitor cycles, implement space utilization plans, and lead audits to ensure compliance with GMP/FDA standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with a preference for a Bachelor’s degree, 5 years in warehouse management, and 2 years in Quality/Inventory leadership. Strong problem solving and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in a medium to large warehouse in a management capacity.
• 2 years’ experience as a Quality Manager.
• 2 years’ experience as an Inventory Manager.
• Preferred knowledge of ISO, HACCP, 21CFR, FDA, SQF.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Input data accurately into WMS.
• Oversee inventory levels and cycle counts.
• Develop and implement space utilization plans.
• Lead the physical inventory and audits.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare monthly reports and communicate with clients.
