Job summary

Bradshaw Home is seeking an Inventory Quality Control professional to audit outbound orders, verify LPNs, items, and quantities, and report variances to ensure order accuracy before completion.

The role involves operating QC equipment, supporting daily reporting, and training teammates on QC processes while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, with benefits included.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, quality control, or warehouse operations.
• Ability to verify LPNs, items, quantities, and product condition.
• Basic computer skills including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Operate QC conveyor equipment.
• Verify and audit outbound orders.
• Verify LPN, item numbers, and quantities.
• Report variances to IC Clerk/Lead for correction.
• Confirm product damage and arrange replacement as needed.
• Report quality issues to IC manager.
• Ensure daily reporting is accurate.
• Train team members on QC processes.
• Maintain clean, safe QC areas.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain organization.
• Collaborate with departments to meet operational goals.
