Job summary

Bradshaw Home is seeking an Inventory Quality Control professional to audit outbound orders, verify LPNs, items, and quantities, and ensure product quality before orders ship. You will operate QC equipment, report discrepancies, and support daily reporting while maintaining a safe work environment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, ability to train others, and experience with Excel/Outlook for reporting. Schedule: Monday–Friday, early morning hours in Fontana, CA.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy with order auditing and data entry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to report discrepancies.
• Ability to train team members on QC processes and improvements.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and Outlook for daily reporting.
• Commitment to safety procedures and a clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Operate QC conveyor machine and audit outbound orders.
• Verify LPN, item numbers, and quantities; report variances.
• Inspect product for damage and arrange replacements as needed.
• Communicate quality issues to IC manager and IC Clerk/Lead.
• Prepare and send daily QC reports with accurate information.
• Train others on QC processes and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain clean QC areas and comply with safety standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse and other departments to meet goals.
