Job summary

ID Logistics in Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Control Clerk to verify pallet information, confirm correct SKUs and quantities, and ensure items are ready for shipment. This role supports accurate order processing and quality checks across warehouse operations.

The job reports to the Production Supervisor, operates Friday through Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with training shifts possible in the first two weeks, and offers a base of $19.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential.

• Knowledge of ERP/MRP Warehouse Management Systems (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Checks all finished goods ensuring all pallet information is correct before storage
• Performs order verification (SKU, quantity, packaging, quality)
• Reviews production BOM to stock utilized
• Reviews production job instructions and updates as needed
• Manages damages
• QC inbound and outbound shipments/transfers
• Maintains attention to detail and multitasks efficiently
• Conducts quality checks on pallets or box orders
• Able to stand for long periods and transpose information between paper and systems
• Additional duties or cross training may apply

Roles and Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Quality Control Clerk is a key role in ensuring and verifying the order information is correct and ready to be shipped. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the everyday standards of the ID Logistics client.

Schedule:Friday through Sunday 6:00AM - 6:30PM. Must be flexible to work other shifts during the first two weeks for training purposes.

Compensation:$19.00 + $2.00 shift differential for hours worked

Status:Non-Exempt

Essential functions of the job

• Checks all finished goods ensuring all the information on the pallet is/are correct before it is put away.
• Order verification (correct SKU, quantity, packaging, and quality)
• Review of production Bill of Materials to stock utilized.
• Review production job instructions to actual activities performed by staff (update/modify or suggest changes as necessary)
• Manage damages.
• QC inbound and outbound shipments/transfers
• Attention to detail and able to multitask.
• Quality checks all pallets or box orders.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to transpose information paper to System spreadsheet or vice versa.
• Other Job functions or cross training could apply.
