Job summary

Neovia Logistics seeks a quality control associate to ensure the quality of stored products and returns, supporting accurate inventory across the warehouse. You will identify damaged items, rework or quarantine as needed, and help maintain compliance with logistics policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in warehousing or quality control preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Basic math skills for counting and inventory verification
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, quality assurance, or auditing experience preferred
  • Experience operating powered industrial equipment (forklifts, reach trucks) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and audit incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with company standards.
  • Verify that returned products are in good condition and ready for re-entry into inventory or shipment.
  • Identify damaged, defective, or non-conforming products and report findings to management promptly.
  • Assist with repackaging products according to established facility guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure inventory is stored safely, securely, and in accordance with company safety standards.
  • Accurately enter audit and inventory information into the company's computerized systems.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts and other types as required.
  • Support other departments and warehouse operations as needed.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by leadership

Our Currently Schedules
  • 1st Shift 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday $20.19
  • 2nd Shift 2pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday $20.19 plus $1.50 shift differential
Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure inventory is stored safely, securely, and in accordance with company safety standards.Identify and report inventory defects in a timely manner to help minimize bin denials and inventory discrepancies.
  • Accurately enter audit and inventory information into the company's computerized systems.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely, including forklifts, clamp lifts, reach trucks, and order pickers, as required.Support other departments and warehouse operations as needed.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications

  • Experience operating powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts, reach trucks, clamp lifts, or order pickers, preferred.
  • Ability to identify quality issues and communicate findings effectively.
Physical Requirements
  • Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
  • Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
  • Requires work from heights of up to 20 feet from floor.
  • Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
