Job summary

PAQ, Inc. is seeking a Night shift Warehouse Inventory Control professional to manage stock accuracy and reporting in our on-site Distribution Center. You will maintain records in the warehouse management system, monitor in-stock levels, and support efficient inventory processes.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year warehouse Clerk experience, and proficiency with Outlook and Excel/Word. Forklift training (NCR/DROSTE) is expected. Compensation is $20.00–$28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Over one year of Warehouse Clerk experience.
• Proficient in Outlook and Excel/Word; WMS knowledge.
• Forklift training completed (NCR or DROSTE).

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records in WMS per standards.
• Ensure stock levels comply with parameters.
• Develop models to lower costs and lead times.
• Assist in organizing inventory; perform physical counts.
• Forecast supply and demand to meet goals.
• Conduct regular inventory audits with reports.
• Coordinate orders and transfers between locations.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies to management.
• Track receipt, storage, distribution and disposal of items.
• Utilize inventory software to analyze trends.
