Job summary

Eden Brothers LLC Fletcher, NC seeks an Inventory & Quality Assurance Assistant to support receiving, inventory accuracy, lot traceability, and QA documentation in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role reports to the Quality Assurance Manager and will operate between quality and inventory tasks, ensuring accurate records, germination readiness, and adherence to SOPs within our warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse receiving or inventory control preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and established processes consistently.
• Comfortable working with both physical product and system-based documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming bulk seed, bulbs, finished goods, and related inventory using company systems.
• Verify product against purchase orders and internal receiving requirements.
• Maintain accurate lot numbers and ensure traceability in systems.
• Perform receiving inspections and document quality concerns.
• Support germination testing setup and data recording.
• Assist with expiration date maintenance and related records.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices and support cycle counts and inventory discrepancies.
