Job summary

Grocery Outlet Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Clerk to audit inventory for store orders and assist the Inventory Control Team in correcting discrepancies. You will document corrective measures for audited pallets and report to the Inventory Control Manager.

You will operate forklifts, perform routine clerical duties, and may lead or train others while ensuring 100% pallet accuracy through root-cause analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in inventory control, auditing, or quality assurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Break down, audit, and reassemble freight on outbound pallets before load dispatch.
• Record and report errors observed during audits.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrences.
• Reconcile physical counts with computer reports and assist with warehouse inventories.
