Job summary

Eden Brothers in Fletcher, NC is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Production Associate to convert bulk seed inventory into finished products and maintain accurate counts and labeling. The role uses the Odoo ERP system to track manufacturing orders and ensure packaging meets company standards.

You'll perform quality checks, record production data, and pack seeds with precise weights and counts. This is a first-shift position with potential overtime during peak seasons and a bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Convert bulk seed inventory into finished retail products following standards.
• Record production, lot tracking, and finished goods in Odoo.
• Perform real-time quality checks on weights and counts.
• Update discrepancies in the system to maintain accurate inventory.
• Measure and pack seeds using scales and packaging machines.
• Meet daily and weekly packing targets without sacrificing accuracy.
