Eden Brothers in Arden, NC, is seeking a Quality Assurance - Warehouse Assistant to join our Fletcher-based team. This role handles receiving bulk seed and related items, maintains lot traceability, and supports germination testing and QA documentation.

Work involves accurate data entry, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration with Quality, Inventory, and Purchasing teams. Great for detail-oriented individuals in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse receiving, inventory, QA preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to follow SOPs and document accurately.
• Comfort with both physical products and system-based records.

Responsibilities

• Receive bulk seed, bulbs, finished goods, and related inventory.
• Verify product against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Maintain accurate lot numbers and traceability in systems.
• Perform receiving inspections and document quality concerns.
• Support germination testing and update related records.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory discrepancy investigations.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO where applicable and organize inventory accordingly.
