Job summary

You will coordinate outbound shipments, maintain accurate records, and participate in cycle counts and process improvements with cross-functional teams. A high school diploma is required; warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, inventory, or logistics operations preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support outbound shipments to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update inventory records to ensure system accuracy.
• Assist with cycle counts, physical inventory, and other inventory control activities.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate logistics and shipment activities.
• Support special projects focused on process improvement, quality control, and Distribution Center operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across outbound operations.
• Ensure processes are completed in accordance with company policies and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Maintain organized and accurate records related to inventory and operational activities.
