Job summary

ESAB in Denton, Texas is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to drive accuracy and speed in our distribution center. You will reconcile physical and system inventory, investigate variances, and coordinate with Purchasing, Customer Service, Production and Logistics to ensure material availability and on-time shipments.

The role requires English fluency, a high school diploma, and experience with RF guns and forklift equipment preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, read/write/speak.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Experience with RF guns preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and reconcile records.
• Investigate variances and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor locations and material traceability.
• Perform SAP-based adjustments and approvals.
• Support receiving, replenishment, transfers, and audits.
• Generate inventory reports and KPIs for leadership.
