Aufgaben

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation of physical inventory and system records.
• Investigate and resolve variances, root causes, and discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor inventory locations for proper storage, identification, and traceability.
• Execute inventory adjustments in SAP or other WMS per procedures.
• Support receiving, put-away, replenishment, and transfers for material availability.
• Analyze inventory trends to improve accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
• Assist with annual physical inventories and audits.
• Verify transactions for inbound receipts, outbound shipments, returns, and consumption.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Customer Service, Production, and Logistics to resolve issues.
• Monitor aging, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory and provide disposition recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
