• Implement optimization techniques for obsolete inventory and consolidation.
• Collaborate with leadership to standardize FC operations and execution.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching for team leads and staff.
• Address performance issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Lead HR leadership meetings and promote a safe working environment.
