Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC in Northlake, TX is seeking an Inventory Auditor to establish and publish weekly audit schedules, coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, and oversee spot and quality audits across accounts.

You will direct audit personnel, produce daily analysis in Excel, respond to emails promptly, and help identify trends requiring corrective action. Strong communication, audit skills, and detail orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count, spot audit, and quality audit schedules.
• Coordinates inventory count/spot/quality audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Directs the work of personnel assigned to audits and counts; provides daily analysis and statistics.
• Oversees spot audit activities: unloading, receiving, checking, locating, packing, and shipping; documents results in Excel.
• Interacts with supervisors to identify trends or issues needing corrective action.
• Read and respond to all emails in a timely fashion.
