Job summary

Crane World Wide Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented inventory and quality assurance coordinator. You will establish and publish weekly audit and inventory count schedules and coordinate daily with Warehouse Supervisors to allocate resources effectively.

The role requires strong audit skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a team setting, with emphasis on accuracy and documentation in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and publishes weekly inventory count schedules.
• Communicates inventory and audit schedules with Warehouse Supervisors daily.
• Directs staff during audits and inventory counts and provides analysis.
• Handles spot audit logistics including unloading, receiving, locating, packing, and shipping; records results in Excel.
• Identify trends or issues for corrective action with supervisors/leads.
