Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of work-related experience in inventory control, construction, or facility management.
• Adept at reading/understanding directed O&M requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Highly skilled at computer use; MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Understanding of asset management and logistical management.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and administrative duties including report preparation and project file maintenance in project databases.
• Provide general administrative support including meeting coordination and project file management.
• Maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and global standards.
• Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed.
• Support Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability policies.
• Meet attendance and punctuality expectations.
