Responsibilities

• Assist in performing administrative and fundamental procurement assignments, material shipment tracing, and expediting activities with vendors under supervision.
• Maintain material-management logs and input information into databases (e.g., Maximo).
• Route materials to storage locations, store, stack, or palletize materials.
• Update material management systems for buyers as required.
• Operate hand and power trucks in warehouse duties.
• Organize and maintain files.
• Other duties as assigned.
